Ellen Even is a passionate mother, teacher and member of her school’s leadership circle. The implementation of Spiral Dynamics into everyday school life and the combination of a TEAL Mindset with a Solution Focused Approach was the start of a journey, enabling meaningful change for those students needing it the most. With over 10 years of experience in integral NVC and 5 years of sociocratic processes, adding Somatic Experiencing (trauma work) to the itw school culture is one of her main drives.
