Silas lives with his wife and two children near Basel, Switzerland. Having gone through a rigorous Integral Life Practice, he started leading groups in body- and shadow work in 2012. He is author of the book ‘Integral Bodywork’. Together with his colleague Kai Mosebach, he developed the Integral Address Indicator, an onlinetool that quickly determines your Integral Address.
