Daily morning Qi Gong practice 45 minutes live-online before start of the conference.
Qi Gong: slow movements, breathing, visualisations and meditation to balance your energies. Calms your mind, makes you rooted, embodied, healthy. Brings you into full presence, creating awareness of inside and outside worlds, connection between all.
No experience needed, easy to follow the instructions. It’s about PRACTICING.
Exercises from Medical Qi Gong (dr. J.A. Johnson) will be chosen in relation to the energy of the day, the moon, the season, the conference, the participants, what shows up.
Qi Gong is a holistic practice, addressing the physical, energetic and spiritual worlds at once. There will be limited explanation about the why of the exercises.
