Tom worked many years in the corporate world and after a dark night of the soul he became a certified Integral Master Coach and a follower of the path of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. He aims to make visible what is invisible and to re-connect what is not connected. Besides the other integral lenses he deepens the gender lens through his work with the Mankind Project. Together with his colleagues at Phusis he helps organizations to put purpose back at the heart of what matters.
