Raquel Lorenz (she/her), is the founder of RA* Regenerative Activism. RA* is an education project and movement initiative that brings embodied wisdom around (collective) trauma and feelings to activist & grassroots spaces and practices. She is currently training as a seminar facilitator for “process work” with Vivian Dittmar. Raquel has a diverse background in dance, somatics, political science and social entrepreneurship. She identifies as cis, bipoc and queer.
