Karen O’Brien is a Professor in the Department of Sociology and Human Geography at the University of Oslo, Norway. She is co-founder of cCHANGE, an organization that translates research into action for transformations to sustainability. Her research focuses on the social and human dimensions of environmental change, with an emphasis on integral approaches to transformative change. Her most recent book is You Matter More Than You Think: Quantum Social Change for a Thriving World.
